We specialize in Colorado Springs Real Estate and Relocation including First-Time Home Buyers and Military Relocation.  We are honored that the Colorado Springs area is home to many soldiers and officers of the Fort Carson Army Base, the Air Force Academy, Peterson AFB & Schriever AFB, Cheyenne Mountain AFS and NORAD.

Kathy’s current designations include ABR, SRES, SFR, and E-Pro, which means that she has extensive experience and training in different areas of expertise.

The SRES designation(Seniors Real Estate Specialist) assures you that Kathy has experience and knowledge in meeting seniors’ specific needs.   And that can make all the difference in the world.   As we age, we demand specialists in our health needs, so why not in our housing needs as well?

The e-PRO certification course is an educational program unlike any other professional certification or designation course available, comprehensive and interactive.    Kathy has this designation and it was specifically designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home.

The SFR certification program is offered by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of NAR.    The program includes training on how to manage short-sales, foreclosures, and real-estate owned transactions, and provides resources to help Realtors® stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves.   Kathy has this designation as helped many client with short sales and buying REO properties.

 Beyond Real Estate
