Townhomes and Condos in Colorado Springs continues to be a BUYERS Market, as there is currently only a 3.5 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply is typically considered a “NEUTRAL MARKET“.

• The number of Townhomes and Condos in Colorado Springs sold increased 10% from 2012 in 2011, but are down substantially from 2006, when 1767 townhomes/condos were sold.

• Average pricing, currently increased 5% from 2012 to 2011.   2012 pricing is down 12% from the high in 2006, when the average price was $173,372.
