My foreclosure pick of the week is in Southwest Colorado Springs on 1825 Parkview Blvd. It’s located in a nice established area in Skyway in District schools, on a wonderful lot, set a little bit back from the main road. It includes over 3600 square feet, with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 car garage.
One of my favorite features was the hardwood floors, and of course I love main level living ranch homes with walkout basements. At first glance, it looks like the property has been well maintained. The property could use some updating and would look much better with granite counter tops and changing out the linoleum floor in the kitchen.
