This is a continuation of an article I recently posted about my favorite townhomes and condos in Northwest Colorado Springs. There are some very attractive deals in the townhome/condo market; as they seem to have been hit even harder on pricing than single family homes. Here’s some more of my favorite properties I’ve recently previewed.
Condominimus in RavenCrest in Northwest Colorado Springs: Wonderful complex off of West Woodmen Road; very 
close to I-25. There are currently a couple of 1 bedroom 1 bath units on the market for less than $75,000; and a 2 bedroom 2 bath units that is bank-owned for less than $110,000. There also is a HUD repo for sale that is listed as under contract which is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit priced under $75,000. Not very long ago the 2 bedroom 2 bath units were going for over $130,000. Included with the great location, the units are in the District 20 school district and include an outdoor swimming pool and a club house; although none of them includes garages, just carport spaces.
Arbours at Mountain Shadows: One of my favorite complexes in northwest Colorado Springs, again close to Garden of the Gods and I-25; easy access. Most units have an over-sized attached 1 car garages with direct access to the living area; perfect for the security minded homeowners and are close to Ute Valley Park and Garden of the Gods. Very well maintained complex with an outdoor pool, clubhouse, and a hot tub. There are 4 units currently for sale ranging from $125,000 to $170,000 and the HOA’s are less than $200.00 a month.
Condos at the Woodmen Manor: Again close to Woodmen and I-25, very quick access to the Interstate. Even 
though these units were built in the 80’s, many of them have been updated and they have tons of square footage. Most of them are 3 bedrooms 3 baths with over 1600 square feet and also include a 1 car attached garage. There is currently a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit for sale at less than $160,000. Another 2 bedroom 3 bath unit for sale priced under $150,000 just under 1500 square feet. Many of these units used to sale for $160,000 to $180,000. Only downside of the complex, no pool or clubhouse; and some of the units back up to Woodmen Road.
Townhomes Canyon Reserve at Mountain Shadows: These townhomes are under new ownership and supervision and are currently priced from $285,000 to $335,000 with many different floor plans. Some are 3 bedrooms 4 baths (yes I did type that correctly, 4 baths), with a 2 car garage; and then some of them are only 2 bedrooms. I’ve previewed some of the properties; and they show wonderfully, definitely a luxury product. Some of them back to open spaces, and another plus is that is is a gated community. Many of the units include granite countertops, wood floors, and walk-out basements. Definitely a wonderful townhome option to be considered for the luxury townhome/condo buyer.
Most of units have close to 2000 square footage and some are close to 2500 square footage and HOA’s are very reasonable at less than $200.00 per month. Some of these larger units originally sold from $350,000 to $380,000.

Its like you learn my thoughts! You seem to know so much approximately this, like you wrote the e-book in it or something. I think that you simply could do with a few percent to force the message house a bit, but instead of that, this is excellent blog. A great read. I will definitely be back.
