HUD homes available for $100.00 downpayment

There is new limited time program for purchasing HUD foreclosures for only $100.00 down.   There are currently over 50 homes listed on the site for the upcoming bid period ending on 2-15-09.  

Here are some of the requirements

• FHA Loan
• Primary Home
• Buyer must make full price offer to HUD (i.e. must offer HUD’s full asking price)
• FHA mortgage insurance is required on all loans
• HUD may also contribute up to 3% of the purchase price to assist buyer’s closing costs.

Everything with HUD is done online, but you do need a real estate agent to represent you to submit your offer.
