A complete explanation of each category is found on the JD Powers web site . As an example, under the explanation for Overall Customer Satisfaction on the web site it states: “Overall Customer Satisfaction: This score is based on how new home owners rate their overall experience.”
According to the report, John Laing Homes and Shea Homes were rated the best in Overall Customer Satisfaction. John Laing builds homes in Banning Lewis Ranch and Gold Hill Mesa. Classic Homes, who also builds in a variety of places in Colorado Springs including Banning Lewis Ranch and Flying Horse, had some of the best ratings in Builder’s Sales Staff, Builder’s Warranty and Customer Service Staff, and Home Readiness. Also according to the Press Release “Classic Homes ranks highest in the New-Home Quality Study also released today.”
