Here’s some tips to make the inside so inviting that buyers can’t resist the urge of imagining themselves of living there.

1. Are all walls clean and in good repair.
2. If you paint, make sure its a neutral color.
3. Carpets should be steam-cleaned.
4. All floors should be clean and waxed if necessary.
5. All window treatments should be clean and in good repair.
6. Clean and straighten out all closets and storage areas (remove unnecessary clutter)
7. Store or throw out tattered furniture.
8. Make sure all faucets are in good working order (fix and leaks or drips).
9. Oil squeaky doors.
10. Are all appliances clean and working properly?
11. Clean garage and remove any oil stains.
12. All lights should be working (change the light bulbs).
13. Clean fireplace.
14. Check bathroom and kitchen tiles, if loose fix or replace.
15. Make sure furniture and standing lamps do not block the halls or walkways of your home.
